Include the page URL, device and browser, what you expected, and the steps that produced the problem. Do not send a password or authentication code.
Choose the right route for support, reports, media, or partnerships
Use this page for account access, technical problems, billing questions, privacy requests, content reports, media requests, and commercial partnerships. The form below does not upload a ticket or store the message on Blushcast: it prepares an email in your device's email application so you can review the recipient and wording before sending. Select the closest reason to route press requests to the press team, partnerships to the commercial contact, and all other support matters to customer support.
Include the page URL, device and browser, what you expected, and the steps that produced the problem. Do not send a password or authentication code.
Include the account email and relevant payment transaction ID. Never include a full card number, card security code, or a screenshot exposing those details.
Provide the exact public URL, identify the material or data request, and explain the requested action. Add only information necessary to review it.
This form opens a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent until you review and send the message there.
A concise, specific message is easier to investigate than a general request. Keep the original email thread when following up so the context, account email, and any invoice or page reference remain together.
State the outcome you need and when the problem occurred. For a site error, copy the displayed message and list the last action completed successfully.
An account email, public page URL, or invoice ID can help locate the right record. Passwords and complete payment credentials are never required.
Membership and invoice controls are in Dashboard, while common operational answers are collected in the FAQ and more detailed articles in Help Center.
The Privacy Policy explains data handling and account rights. The Terms of Service governs subscriptions, acceptable use, and formal service conditions. Those pages control if a short support explanation differs from their current text.
