Blushcast respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including URL(s)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone, and consent to federal court jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
