Number Seventeen

Among all the anal sex stories I could share, this one means the most, because it's about how my husband and I rediscovered passion after fifteen years of marriage, and the anniversary gift that changed everything.

My name is Diana Reeves. I'm forty-three, a high school English teacher, and I've been married to Michael since we were both twenty-eight. We have two teenagers, a mortgage, and what I thought was a comfortable but predictable sex life.

Then came our fifteenth anniversary, and the gift I never expected.

We'd sent the kids to Michael's parents for the weekend. The plan was simple: nice dinner, bottle of wine, reconnection time. What I didn't expect was Michael sitting me down before dinner with a nervous expression I hadn't seen since he proposed.

"I want to give you your present early."

He handed me an envelope. Inside was a card, and inside the card was a list. Handwritten. Titled "Things I Want to Do With You Before We Die."

It was a sexual bucket list.

Some items were sweet: making love on a beach, slow dancing naked, watching the sunrise together after an all-night session. Others were more adventurous: roleplay scenarios, new positions, toys we'd never tried.

And there, number seventeen on the list: "Explore anal together."

"Michael..."

"I've been thinking about this for years. All of it. I love our life, Diana. I love our sex life. But I don't want us to wake up at sixty and realize we never really explored. Never pushed our boundaries. Never gave each other everything."

"This is... a lot."

"We don't have to do anything on the list. We can throw it away right now and never mention it again. But I thought, fifteen years. Maybe it's time to stop being so safe."

I looked at the list again. My heart was pounding, but not with fear. With something that felt a lot like excitement.

"Number seventeen. Have you done this before? With anyone?"

"Never. I wanted my first time to be with you. I wanted all my firsts to be with you."

"Then let's start there."

We didn't rush it. Michael had clearly done his research, he had supplies ready, had read guides, had even ordered a book on the subject that he showed me with adorable embarrassment.

"I wanted to make sure I knew how to do this right. The last thing I want is to hurt you."

We started with a long bath together. Candles. Wine. His hands washing every inch of me, relearning a body he'd known for fifteen years but was about to know in a new way.

"Are you nervous?"

"Terrified. Excited. Both."

"Same."

In the bedroom, he took his time. Kissed me deeply. Undressed me slowly. Made love to me the way we always had, until I was relaxed and aroused and aching for more.

"I'm going to start touching you there now. Tell me how it feels."

His lubricated finger circled my entrance, not entering, just introducing the sensation. I breathed through the newness of it.

"Keep going."

One finger slipped inside. Strange at first, then oddly pleasurable. He moved it gently while his other hand worked between my legs, the dual stimulation making me gasp.

"Good?"

"Good. More."

A second finger. More stretch. More sensation. I felt impossibly full, impossibly sensitive. When he crooked his fingers inside me, finding spots I didn't know I had, I moaned louder than I had in years.

"I think you're ready. Are you ready?"

"Yes. Please. I want you."

He positioned me on my side, spooning me from behind. I felt him press against my entrance, thick and hot and unfamiliar in this context.

"Push back against me when you're ready. You control the pace."

I pushed back. Felt myself open around him. The stretch was intense, more than his fingers, more than I'd expected, but not painful. He'd prepared me well.

"Oh God. Michael. You feel so..."

"Tell me."

"So big. So deep. I've never felt anything like this."

He began to move, slow shallow thrusts that let me adjust. His hand found my clit, circling in the rhythm I loved. The combination was overwhelming, the forbidden pleasure of him inside me in this new way, the familiar pleasure of his touch.

"Fifteen years," he murmured in my ear, "and I'm still finding new ways to worship you."

Something about those words broke me open. Tears pricked my eyes, not from pain, from emotion. This man who'd seen me through pregnancies and arguments and gray hairs was still finding ways to make me feel desired, adventurous, alive.

"I love you. I love you so much."

"I love you too. Now come for me. Let me feel you."

The orgasm built slowly, then crashed over me all at once. I felt myself clench around him in this unfamiliar way, felt pleasure radiate through my entire body. Michael groaned and thrust deep, his own release pulsing inside me.

We stayed tangled together for a long time after, neither of us wanting to move.

"That was..."

"Yeah."

"We waited fifteen years for that."

"We have the rest of our lives to make up for it." He pressed a kiss to my shoulder. "Only forty-nine more things on the list."

I laughed, feeling lighter than I had in years.

"Show me the list again. I want to pick what's next."

⏳ One Year Later

We've crossed off twenty-three items on the list. Some were amazing. Some were awkward failures that we laughed about later. All of them brought us closer together.

People think long marriages become boring, that passion fades, that there's nothing new to discover after a certain point. They're wrong. These anal sex stories, these stories of exploration and vulnerability, they're not just for young people. They're for anyone brave enough to say "I want more" and fortunate enough to have a partner who responds "me too."

Michael gave me more than an anniversary gift that night. He gave me permission to be curious, to be adventurous, to be the woman I'd been too scared to be for forty-three years.

And we're just getting started.
